Golf continues to evolve.

The PGA Tour and ESPN are proving that as they are debuting a first-of-its-kind watch-and-bet experience in a partnership with DraftKings. Betcast, this new production, will be offered during 12 marquee PGA Tour events throughout the year and first up is this week’s WM Phoenix Open.

PGA Tour Live Betcast presented by DraftKings is new in that DraftKings is now a partner. Betcast originally debuted last season, but the expansion by way of DraftKings is allowing for all the more inclusion and a leaning into of the betting landscape from the PGA Tour and ESPN.

The Betcast for the events it covers will air for more than 8 hours during each day of play for the given tournaments. It can be viewed on the ESPN App alongside the Main Feed, Featured Group, and Featured Hole streams. All told there will be more than 400 hours across this PGA Tour season.

Jonathan Coachman will serve as the Betcast host and will be joined by analysts Matt Every and Michael Collins. Graham DeLaet, Jeff Eisenband, Steve Scott, and Kevin Sylvester will chime in as well with Rick Gehman also contributing.

“Our collaboration with the PGA TOUR and ESPN reflects a shared, forward-looking approach to fanengagement,” said Stephanie Sherman, Chief Marketing Officer, DraftKings. “For those who see bettingas part of their entertainment experience, by integrating our industry-leading golf offerings into PGATOUR LIVE Betcast, we’re creating a more immersive, real-time way to follow the action from the first teeshot to the final putt, while fostering a sense of connection and community around the sport.”

Said John Suchenski, Sr. Director, Programming & Acquisitions at ESPN: “At ESPN, we want to providefans with more access, insight and ways to connect with sports. The Betcast gives fans another option toengage with PGA TOUR LIVE and be an attraction to those who desire alternative ways to traditionalfeeds. We’re always discussing new and innovative approaches to golf coverage with the PGA TOUR,and these shows are the newest evolution of those efforts.”

These are the events where Betcast will be offered this PGA Tour season:

  • WM Phoenix Open
  • The Genesis Invitational
  • Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard
  • THE PLAYERS Championship
  • RBC Heritage
