John Cena is making his WWE return at WrestleMania 42, albeit in a hosting capacity, but with Gunther – the man who retired him in December – on the card, we can't help but wonder if things could escalate. The Austrian, who hasn't stopped gloating, has since retired AJ Styles and started a beef with Seth Rollins, who he'll face on Night 1.

Influencer IShowSpeed, who found fame by effectively filming himself screaming at video games (and is now, presumably, contractually obliged to take a front-row seat at all sports events everywhere) is teaming up with Logan Paul, Austin Theory and Paul Heyman in Saturday's six-man tag team match against the Usos and LA Knight. Meanwhile, things have got very personal between Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer, after the women's world champion made light of Morgan's Royal Rumble victory.

Sunday's action at Allegiant Stadium begins with a blockbuster meeting between Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi. The former two-time NXT Champion memorably took The Beast down at Raw, after Lesnar eliminated him at Royal Rumble.

The World Heavyweight Championship showdown between CM Punk and Roman Reigns will bring the curtain down on the Showcase of the Immortals. The former WWE Universal Champion earned his shot at the title with victory at Royal Rumble, but has come across as a little bit desperate with his criticisms of CM Punk, which amount to disrespecting the brand. Nobody likes a suck-up.

The most daunting task of the weekend, however, no doubt lies at the feet of Cody Rhodes, the current Undisputed WWE Championship title holder. He's putting his belt on the line against Randy Orton, in order to kick Pat McAfee's big mouth out of wrestling for good.
