Iraq, meanwhile, will feature in just their second World Cup and their first since Mexico 1986. They will be hoping to fare better than their previous appearance, when they lost all three group-stage matches.

That could prove a difficult task, though, given that Group I features world number one France, African giants Senegal. and Erling Haaland's Norway. On a positive note for Iraq, they have won nine and drawn two of their last 14 international matches since the appointment of Australian coach Graham Arnold.
